Alternatively, you can invest in a striking dummy, which will provide you with a more solid target to aim at and help you develop your accuracy and power. But remember, regardless of the type of Pell you choose, make sure it is safely secured and placed in a space that is clear of any obstacles, to ensure your training sessions are injury-free!

Don't forget to wear protective gear like gloves and a helmet when practicing with blunt weapons. You can also use shields to help develop your defence and blocking techniques.
