AGM for Beasts Armoured Combat Inc.

We're having an AGM for the last financial year, ending on 31st December 2023. We'll vote for committee roles, including a new one called 'Digital Techsmith'. This person will handle our club's tech stuff. The 'Digital Techsmith' will be voted in at the AGM and added to our rules.

Here are the Council Positions:

**Voting Positions:**

- President

- Vice President

- Secretary

- Treasurer

- Man at Arms

- Digital Techsmith (new role to be voted in)

**Non-Voting Positions:**

- Assistant Secretary

- Assistant Treasurer

- Assistant Man at Arms

- Assistant Digital Techsmith

If you paid your 2024 club membership ($10), you can come and vote. If you can't come, you can give your vote to our Secretary, Ash Morris (Kryptõ), by 21st June through email or FB Messenger. Email: secretary@beasts.org.au.

We'll post the 2023 annual report on the AGM forum post before the meeting so you can read it.
